School of Mass Communication, KIIT Deemed to be University (KSMC) began after the first intake of students within its Undergraduate programme in 2016. In 2017, the department shifted to its current state-of-the-art campus, named Koushik, popularly known as Campus-18, overlooking the Rose Garden.
