Ms Adiroopa Mukherjee completed her Master’s degree in Peace and Conflict Studies, International Double Degree, from University of Kent (U.K.) and Philipps Universität Marburg (Germany), and graduation in English Literature, University of Minnesota Morris (USA). Ms Mukherjee’s background has primarily been in literature and politics, with a particular focus on gender equity. Alongside her numerous travels abroad, Adiroopa has the good fortune of dipping her toes into many different fields, including journalism and radio broadcasting. She currently works at the Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS) as a Project Officer. This primarily involves working on design and documentation for conferences, projects and events, in addition to working on research projects. She also contributes in editing with the publications department of both KISS and KIIT universities.
